Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee Welcomes Dr. Kelly Carden
The Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee is pleased to welcome Dr. Kelly Carden. Dr. Carden was born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. She completed her undergraduate degree at Vanderbilt University and medical school at the University of Tennessee. She then completed subspecialty training in Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine at Harvard Medical School. She remained on staff for several years at the famed Harvard hospitals, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham's and Women's hospital, mainly practicing Sleep Medicine. She comes to Rutherford County to join Dr. William Noah, Dr. Timothy Hoelscher, and Dr. Brian Wind who direct the Sleep Center of Murfreesboro and the Sleep Center at StoneCrest. Dr. Carden is currently vice-chair of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine's Healthcare Policy Committee and co-chair of the national sleep medicine board review. She lectures regularly at national meetings and currently holds a rare five board certifications, two of which are in sleep medicine. She also holds an MBA. She will be the new medical director of the Sleep Center at StoneCrest and spend time at the Sleep Center of Murfreesboro with Dr. Noah. We are thrilled to have Dr. Carden's experience, wisdom, and fresh perspective in the field of sleep disorders medicine at the Sleep Centers of Middle Tennessee.
