Dr. William H. Noah  Medical Director  William H. Noah, MD is a board certified sleep medicine specialist and Medical Director of the Sleep Center of Murfreesboro, accredited by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM). He is also the medical director of an Accredited Sleep Technologist Education Program (A-STEP) and a Behavioral Sleep Medicine Fellowship program.  His clinical interests in sleep medicine are principally in outcomes, which translates to compliance in positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy for obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). Dr. Noah developed protocols for PAP therapy administration using cognitive behavioral therapy combined with web-based patient monitoring which achieved objectively-measured compliance rates over 80%. He has completed a study determining the incidence of OSA in collegiate football players. He is currently looking at the use of home screening in a primary care practice setting.  Dr. Noah attended medical school as well as completed his internal medicine residency and chief residency at the University of Tennessee. He completed his pulmonary fellowship at the University of Utah where he was a Parker B. Francis Research Fellow. Hours:  8am-5pm  Mon-Fri
